“Cyclocross Super D Championship of the Universe”

This will be the first ever Super D with Cyclocross bike categories and the Bend Super D race course is perfect for this type of  Cyclocross Super D challenge. The fastest person on a Cross bike will be crowned the “Cyclocross Super D Champion of the Universe” as part of the Day of the Dead CycloCross Festival and Cross Crusades Weekend.

Registration is $55 dollars and includes:

-Race Run

-Custom event pint glass for the first 75 competitors

-Raffle Ticket

-Race Day Shuttles (including practice shuttle from 9am-11am race day)

-After race meal at Amalia’s After Party

-Free Drink Ticket

-A damn good time!

Thursday, Oct. 27th

                  Registration and Race Packet Pick Up

                     Location: Hutch’s Bicycles, Westside (Columbia and Galveston)

                     From: 4pm to 6pm

Friday, Oct. 28th

                  Race, Registration, and After Party

                     Location: Wanoga Sno Park                    

                     Registration From: 9:30am-11am

                     Race Packet Pick Up: 9am-12:30

                     Practice From: 9 to 11am (Shuttles Provided by CogWild)

                     Race starts: 1pm - MTB categories first then CX categories

                     After Party: 6pm-10pm  (@ Amalia’s 915               

                     Awards: 7pm  (@ Amalia’s After Party)

                     Costume Contest: 8pm (@ Amalia’s After Party)

                     Band: Strive Roots (@ Amalia’s After Party)

Prizes:

There is $1,000 in prizes for the raffle.  The fastest Amateur (non Pro or Cat A) will win a custom built Vulture CX frame!!  Thanks Wade!!

All Pro and Cat A cash purses will be:

1st - 25% of category Entry Fees $$$

2nd - 20% of category Entry Fees $$$

3rd - 10%  of category Entry Fees $$$
